August 28-30 Exhibition “Science in Action – Astronomy” – About 26 models / experiments from different schools were displayed. The fear of Swine flu was responsible for a decrease in the number of visiting schools (about 25) with an average of 200 students. Participation by parents with children was very impressive. Celebrating Equinox
Special session of Know Your stars on 22nd March in collaboration with ABAAPleiades Occultation
The beautiful sight of Pleiades Occultation was used aptly to create interest among laypersons. Amateurs from ABAA showed the event at two locations Jagadish Science Center, in Jayanagar and Sri Vani School at RajajainagarUniverse in the classroom
